Main Street's 1946 Blend has been honored with an "Indie Award" from Independent Processor magazine!!  The magazine says that we have "demonstrated that innovation is not the sole property of corporations with sizable capital expenditure budgets and whole facilities set aside for product development and innovation."  They also say that our company "deserved special attention for their actions."

In case you don't remember, our 1946 Blend is a rich mixture of American Kobe Brisket, Boneless Short Ribs, USDA Prime Rib Cap Meat and an Angus Chuck Base.  This Blend has been recognized in Newsday and the Long Island Press.
