PORK ITEMS
STUFFED PORK CHOPS
1 to 1 hr 15 min at 350 F
Inside temperature should be 160 F

SEASONED PORK ROAST
2 to 2 ½ hrs at 350 F
Inside temperature should be 160 F

FRESH HAM
Fresh Ham should be left at room temperature.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
For One-Half of a Ham: total cooking time is 3.5 – 4 hrs at 350 F
For a Whole Fresh Ham: total cooking time is 5 – 5.5 hrs at 350 F
Cover ham with aluminum foil, take cover off for last hour of cooking time.

CROWN ROAST OF PORK:
Remove stuffing from inside of crown roast.
Season stuffing according to taste and brown separately.
Roast crown roast of pork for 2 ½ hours at 325 F. (Bones facing down).
Insert cooked stuffing into crown roast of pork and serve.
