Farmingdale Meat Market was incorporated in 1946 as a small local butcher shop. Its founder, Julius Seelig, had just finished working for Swift & Co., helping supply meat to all the allied forces during WWII.
The business has since grown into Main Street Wholesale Meats one of the largest independently-owned federally-inspected meat facilities (Est. 17445) serving Long Island, NYC and the greater Tri-State area.

Our 1946 Blend is a rich mixture of Kobe Brisket, Boneless Short Ribs, Prime Aged Rib Cap and Angus Chuck.
